Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund as outlined in the policies below.

  • Returns/exchanges on new standard products will be accepted within 30 days from purchase date.
  • All sale items and custom team apparel orders are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Custom team apparel sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.  These items are custom manufactured to exact design and product specifications and additional stock is not available.  Please contact your club/team manager for additional information.

However, if you need to return a standard stock item, FORTE Sportswear USA accepts returned merchandise in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of your order receipt.  If there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue.

To exchange or return your purchase, please complete the return form here to request a Return Authorization.  Once an RA has been issued, please return the item with a copy of the RA or original order.

Please write “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your RA and order number on your return package and send it to:

If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 30 days) we will issue a prepaid return label and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. In all other circumstances, return shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds on returns, exchanges and reimbursements will be made in the form of credit to the credit card used on the original purchase. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded from original purchase, only the total of the items ordered.

If you have misplaced your packing slip/invoice please contact us and we will gladly provide you with a copy.

FORTE Sportswear USA is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. Once your return is received, you will be sent an email confirming that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 business days after your package arrives for returns to be processed.
