WHAT’S YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund as outlined in the policies below.
  • Returns/exchanges on new standard products will be accepted within 30 days from purchase date.
  • All sale items and custom team apparel orders are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
Custom team apparel sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.  These items are custom manufactured to exact design and product specifications and additional stock is not available. Please review the complete Return & Exchange Policy here.

We reserve the right to update prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability. Color accuracy on the website may vary amongst displays and cannot be guaranteed. fortesportswear.us may provide third-party links for users’ additional information, however FORTE Sportswear USA/Radial Sports LLC has no control over the content of third-party sites.


Custom/Pre-Order Sales

FORTE Sportswear USA offers pre-order and custom products for purchase on fortesportswear.us. These styles can be from the custom apparel program and purchased in a Team/Club store or from FORTE Sportswear USA retail products.

Custom products deliver approximately 8-12 weeks after the corresponding Team/Club store closes and artwork is approved by club manager(s) depending upon season and order volume.  Customers who order these products can expect a delivery time of 9-13 weeks after order placement depending on the duration of the Team/Club store remains open.  Once the store closes and the order has been submitted for production all sales are final.  In some cases exchanges are possible but are dependent on excess team/club stock.  FORTE Sportswear USA does not stock additional inventory of custom team/club products and does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

New and/or limited edition retail items may be offered for pre-order.  These items fall under our regular return-exchange terms. You can view our Return & Exchange Policy here.


Shipping & Delivery

FORTE Sportswear USA may offer the following USPS, Fed Ex and UPS shipping options for customers within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska included). All shipments have associated tracking numbers that will be provided to the customer via email once the order ships.

  • UPS/FedEx Next Day Air

For international customers we offer USPS First, Priority and Express International shipping to most countries.
