Custom Order Process

We’re ready to get your custom apparel project off the ground!  Visit our Custom Catalog for detailed product information on our custom apparel lines, select your desired products and estimated quantities and submit your inquiry!  We will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days or sooner and advise you on the best products for your intended usage and specific order.

We understand the importance of your team, brand and sponsor requirements.  After we have received your requested products we will provide templates for your designer or to schedule a brief art and design consultation.

If you choose our in-house design services 3 initial concepts will be presented for your review and feedback with 3 revisions at no charge.  Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate of $75.

Additionally during this phase, fit kit size samples can be ordered to ensure you get the right fit.

Once your initial design has been finalized we will manufacture a full size sample kit of your design for your final review, approval and riding – at no charge!  A unique benefit to FORTE Sportswear clients, this sample kit allows you to see and wear your final production design and also allows us to make any adjustments prior to final production.

Once we have completed the prior steps, we’re on the home stretch.  We will create a password protected custom team store which will be open for a specific duration defined by you.  Your members can easily visit the store and complete their purchase securely and without hassle.  We offer personalized individual shipping options at no additional charge or the complete order can be shipped to one location.

Once the team store has closed and all orders have been received and verified for accuracy, the quantities and articles are scheduled for production in our manufacturing facilities located in the Netherlands. Standard production lead-times are 8-10 weeks, dependent upon the size of order and season.  A delivery window will be confirmed shortly after order submission.  A sales representative will then keep you informed and updated on the progress of your order.

Once production is completed your order is processed and shipped from our Southern California warehouse to your door via a fully traceable shipping method.
