To ensure absolute accuracy our fabrics are cut using advanced Lectra cutting machines.  We use only the highest quality functional fabrics from Italy and Switzerland.  FORTE has developed a vast array of body-mapped patterns in different varieties and sizes, including +2cm, +4cm length and custom speedsuit options to meet our customer´s demanding requirements.

The design is printed on sublimation paper using Mimaki Japanese digital plotters with a width up to 160cm and a capacity of 200 sheets per hour. All printing is done at 720dpi photographic quality for the highest resolution on complex designs.  Jetcol Swiss paper and environmentally friendly quality inks guarantee the transmission quality of the graphics onto the paper. This method of printing is very accurate with a wide range of standard and fluorescent colors available.

During the sublimation process the design is transferred from the paper to the fabric by direct heat and pressure transfer using Monti Antonio sublimation machines. Close attention to accuracy is essential for the processing of all pieces of the fabric.

The sewing room is equipped with the modern Juki, Brother and Rimoldi sewing machines where a variety of stitch patterns can be used depending on the product type. The skilled hands of our vastly experienced seamstresses detail finish each article and then a quality control check is completed before final packaging.
