Your satisfaction in the products we offer and the service we provide are our primary focus. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund as outlined in the policies below.

• Returns/exchanges on new standard products will be accepted within 30 days from purchase date.
• All sale items and custom team apparel orders are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

FORTE Sportswear USA custom team apparel sales are final and non-returnable/refundable.  These items are custom manufactured to exact design and product specifications and additional stock is not available.  Please contact your club/team manager for additional information.

However, if you need to return a standard stock item, FORTE Sportswear USA accepts returned merchandise in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of your order receipt.  If there is a problem, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue.

To exchange or return your purchase, please complete the return form below to request a Return Authorization.  Once an RA has been issued, please return the item with a copy of the RA or original order according to the instructions listed here.
